REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Girlhaven, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that choosing the right lighting for your home is an important decision. If your lamps or wall fixtures do not meet your expectations, we are here to help with a transparent and stress-free return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This ensures you have sufficient time to check the product’s quality and fit within your interior design.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
  • The item is in the same condition that you received it (unused, uninstalled, and not damaged).
  • The item must be in its original packaging (including all foam, protectors, and wiring components).
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping & Labels

At Girlhaven, we strive to make returns simple. How to proceed with your return:
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions via email.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.
  • For returns due to personal preference (change of mind), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs as per our standard procedure.
  • Attach the label securely to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location (UPS/FedEx) as specified.

4. Order Cancellation (4-Hour Window)

Due to our fast processing times, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 4 hours of placement. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@girlhaven.store. If the 4-hour window has passed, the order has likely entered the production/shipping phase, and you will need to follow the standard return process.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your lighting fixtures upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours. We will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing speed.

7. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to improper installation, electrical mishaps caused by the user, or misuse. Final sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
