At Girlhaven, we process orders as quickly as possible to ensure your lighting fixtures arrive on time. We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. Please review our policy below regarding these requests.
We provide a 4-hour window from the time of purchase for any cancellations or modifications. During this period, our team has not yet finalized the production and dispatching process of your lamps, allowing us to stop the shipment without additional costs.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@girlhaven.store within 4 hours of placing your order. Your email should include:
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method immediately.
If you need to change the shipping address, contact details, or swap an item (such as choosing a different wall lamp model), please reach out to us within the same 4-hour window. After 4 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made as the order may already be in the fulfillment stage.
Note: Address changes requested after the 4-hour window may incur a “Re-routing Fee” charged by the shipping carrier, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
If your request is received after 4 hours, or if the order has already been shipped:
For approved cancellations made within the 4-hour window, we initiate the refund immediately. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
