Currently, we exclusively serve and ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the highest quality of service and delivery speed for our domestic customers.
We believe in simple and predictable pricing. All lamp and lighting orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee:

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you change your mind, you may request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order. To cancel, please email us immediately at support@girlhaven.store with your order number. Once the 4-hour window has passed or the order has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled, and you must follow our Return Policy.
Once your order is handed over to our carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Girlhaven is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
If your lighting fixture arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
