4. Order Cancellation & Modification

Customers may request to cancel or modify an order within a 4-hour window from the time of purchase. Please contact support@girlhaven.store immediately for such requests. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process (after 4 hours), it cannot be canceled, and the customer must follow our Refund Policy after receiving the item.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping operations are governed by our Shipping Policy. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days. While we strive to meet these estimates, Girlhaven is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.

6. Returns & 30-Day Guarantee

Your purchase is backed by our 30-Day Return Policy. We provide instructions and support for all eligible items. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned lighting fixture is inspected at our facility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Girlhaven, our directors (including Anthony Christoff Eugene), and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, especially damages resulting from improper installation of electrical fixtures.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
