Cancel / Change Order

At Girlhaven, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. This policy explains when cancellations or order changes are possible, the applicable procedures, and situations where requests may no longer be accommodated.

Our goal is to process orders quickly while providing a fair and transparent experience for every customer.

Requesting an Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Email address used for the order
  • Shipping address
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order.

All requests are reviewed based on the order's current processing status.

Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may generally be canceled if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process.

Orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation once they have:

  • Entered order processing
  • Begun packaging
  • Been assigned to a shipping carrier
  • Been shipped

Because orders are processed quickly, we recommend contacting us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Changing an Order

Customers may request changes to an order before processing begins.

Possible changes include:

  • Shipping address
  • Recipient name
  • Contact information
  • Product size (subject to availability)
  • Product color (subject to availability)
  • Quantity
  • Removal of items
  • Addition of items (may require a separate payment)

All requested changes are subject to:

  • Inventory availability
  • Order processing status
  • Successful payment authorization
  • Operational feasibility

We cannot guarantee that requested changes can be completed.

Orders That Cannot Be Changed

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, changes generally cannot be made, including:

  • Shipping address
  • Product selection
  • Product size
  • Product color
  • Quantity
  • Shipping method

If a modification is no longer possible, the order may still qualify for return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

  • The order will be canceled.
  • A full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times after the refund is issued may vary depending on your payment provider.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

After delivery, customers may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, including:

  • 60-day return period
  • Free approved return shipping
  • Refund processing within 7 business days after inspection

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information before completing checkout.

If you discover an error:

  • Contact us immediately.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to update the information if the order has not entered processing.

Once shipment has begun, address changes may no longer be possible.

Girlhaven is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information submitted during checkout.

Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, product description error, inventory discrepancy, or technical issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order
  • Contact the customer for clarification
  • Offer an alternative solution
  • Issue a full refund if necessary

Customers will be notified promptly if such circumstances occur.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, cancellation or modification requests may require verification of:

Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be delayed, canceled, or refused.
